Hi Im really excited about getting started I presently do not eat much meat
so giving it up is not a problem. Its trying to fill that spot for my family.
I exercise 6 days a week run 3 days and weights and abs and cardio the
others. I have alot of stomach issues with bloating and constipation so giving up dairy is key. I just need some help trying to cook some new dinners that
will make everyone happy.
Nice to meet you sunflower. Wow. All that excercise made me tired. I'm working on getting out more. My typical excercise is curls. I curl the remote up, press a button, curl the remote down. I can do several of these at one time mind you :) There's some good holiday recipes in the current issue of VegNews that look pretty good.
