Hopefully someone has something more specific for you, but I know that on the Virginia side there are a ton of Asian grocery stores, and one which I think is a chain, which is called "H-mart" and has a giant version too: http://www.goldsea.com/Parenting/Malls/superh.html Maybe they have stores in Maryland too? If not, Chinatown in the city for sure would have little grocers that would sell them. I always just bought them at My Organic Market, which is my favorite grocery around there, and I know they have stores in Maryland, as well as Whole Foods, which of course are everywhere.

Gail's is no longer in business, but Kit Wood, of Green Plate Catering, worked with Gail and specializes in vegan and vegetarian food. I've been to several weddings where she has provided food that not only tastes exceptional, but is visually stunning. Ask her about the cornucopia table!

Thank you becca! I am planning a vegan wedding for next year and I have been having toruble finding another vegan caterer. The tough part will be finding a venue where I can bring in any caterer...

Does anyone have any other suggestions for veg caterers or has used any mainstream caterers that serve really good vegan food?

I'm traveling to the D.C National Harbor area this Saturday and am looking for great vegan restaurants that deliver. Any ideas?
