Radicchio pizza with truffle oil!

Hi everyone! I'm new here. Just got the book today, and immediately got the ingredients for the pizza! It is SO GREAT. i added a couple artichokes on top too.
Just wanted to share!!

Yummm artichokes. Good idea. I made this pizza last week too. I couldn't find the white truffle oil though. :( Still turned out good.
Also, next time I will have to soak the radicchio in cold water first because I read that it helps with the bitterness.

Just out of curiousity, three dates were canceled on Alicia's book tour. Anyone know what the scoop is there?
