I saw a brief article in this month's body & soul that gave Alicia's recipe for vegan peanut butter cups. This recipe alone nearly converted my husband! I've been slowly making the transition to vegan for the last month and the biggest challenge is my chef-husband and his two kids who live with us full time and are meat-heads (and I mean that lovingly). I am hoping to continue to slowly convert...Just got the book in the mail today! Am totally excited to read it!!!!
