Hi kind lifers,
My name is Jennifer, from Canada. I've been following a vegetarian diet since January of this year, but have been thinking a lot about the processed foods, and dairy and eggs. I want to eliminate them, but I understand this is a significant change in diet and it takes time. I love Alicia's book and it's really motivating me to start trying some new recipes to incorporate into my life while I phase the others out.
I also have a question: I can't find "baked tofu" in my area. Is there a way I can use a regular block of tofu and bake it myself to achieve the same results?
Thank you for your replies. I look forward to every moment of this journey :o)

Hi Jennifer!

I personally think tofu baked at home is much better than store bought stuff. If you google, you can find various recipes but here is one for you:
