One Week a Vegan...Need Help!

I have been a strict vegan for one week now and I have been incorporating many different greens into my meals including Kale and Bok Choy. Also been eating a ton of beans...However, I am very gassy and my stomach is making crazy noises. Does this stop? It is a bit embarrassing. Any advice???
Increasing the amount of fiber can cause gassiness until your body adjusts. Did you follow the steps in the book regarding cooking beans and reducing the gas effects?
