Main Dish Ideas for Thanksgiving ?

I'm going to my parents house for the holiday and am wondering if people have some good alternatives that I could bring to eat/serve instead of turkey. Preferrably something not including any processed fake meats.

If you don't want to make a seitan roast, another option is to have something like stuffed acorn squash as a main entree. You can find a variety of vegan stuffings, I made a quinoa cranberry stuffing last year.

Go to friends of animals website! Author Priscilla Feral of the cookbook Dining with Friends posted the recipes for a kick ass vegan thanksgiving dinner.
