Hi there Alicia and Kind Ones! Among tons of other stuff, I would LOVE to process my own nuts for nut butters and creams, and other stuff - I'm looking for a powerful but really reasonable machine - whaddya'll think, what works for you guys? Thank you!!

Everyone seems to swear by VitaMix blender. The $500 powerhouse. Most often used by Raw Foodists because the power is so strong you can make/warm soups at the same time without going above 114°. It pretty much takes the place of a processor as well. I like my Black-n-Decker from walmart. It was about $60. Butters and creams are also gonna depend on what's in the mix.
