Hey everyone. I a newbie. I immediately got Alicia's book and LOVED it. I like how she gives you steps to take how well you are going to feel with the changes you make. I have IBS and have heard that eating this way basically makes the symptoms go aways.But, also eating this way to help save animals lives too and the environment. I have been kind of semi-vegan for a few years and slip back every once in a while, but I am ready to start feeling better and taking control of my life because I love animals, I work in the field, and can't believe what happens out there.
