I've been a vegetarian for over a decade. I became a vegan 2 months ago, and while I haven't gained any weight, I haven't lost any either. Thats not especially problematic with me, I not desperate to lose or anything, I just think it's weird when veganism is sold as a DIET (in that sense of the word) to the world. I think it takes a bit more than omitting certain foods from your diet to lose, that, or my body is in mean homeostasis. I want to be healthier, hoping to feel so soon.
