Has anyone read the Dr. McDougall books or tried any of the recipes? I want to get the Dr. McDougall Quick and Easy Cookbook - the claim is the meals take about 15 minutes to prepare. I don't have a lot of time during the week to cook (plus I don't really enjoy cooking to begin with, unless I am making dessert). Can anyone vouch for these recipes? Thanks.

I haven't read any of his books but if it's the same Dr. I tried some of his Pad Thai soup yesterday and it was pretty good. I'm discovering that convenient soups at work is the way to go.

Janice:
Here is a link to some recipes from McDougall's Newsletter that you can try without buying a book.
They look great.

I also take the soup cups to work for lunch.

Rob,
Thank you ,,, This should keep me busy for awhile...I am learning so much, Before reading Alicia's book, I honestly did not stop to think about what goes into the foods I have been eating, or how some of the foods are processed. Thanks again...
