Appreciate all the recommendations earlier for books that have been written with a guy style, not that such a thing is absolutly necessary, because it's not. It's just kind of nice to see that difference once in a while, being a guy. I plan to check them out, and The Kind Diet too. Great work Alicia, on everything here! This site, alone, is very nice.

hiii...! frnd,

I would like to suggest diet plan. it is not too hard try this diet plan.

This is really very effective.

Some suggestions for you:

Stop fried foods completely, like fried potao, fried chips, fried fish.
Stop sweetmeats, like chocolates, ice creams, cakes and pastries.

Use skimmed milk to make curds. Refrigerate the milk overnight. Remove the cream the next day, and then use it.
Avoid fruit juices except for tomato or mixed vegetable juice.
You can have papaya, apple, pear, orange, watermelon and grapefruit. Have sweet fruits, like banana, mango, grapes, chickoo, custard apple and sugarcane, in small quantities and occasionally.
Include plenty of vegetables, especially raw vegetables like salads in the daily diet.
Eat vegetables, like potatoes, peas, corn, beetroot, carrot and tubers like sweet potatoes that is kand, yam that is suran, in small quantities as part of a mixed vegetable.
Cut down on the use of oil in cooking. Use 2 teaspoons of oil in cooking. Use a non-stick pan to shallow fry instead of deep frying.
Increase the intake of fibre-rich foods like whole-wheat flour in place of refined flour that is Maida, brown rice instead of polished rice.
Reduce the intake of rice and rice preparations considerably.
This can be a typical diet plan:
Breakfast:
Take 1 cup of Dalia or oats / take wheat flakes with skimmed milk.

Mid-morning:
Prefer intake of fresh fruits since this could be the best way to beat the heat.
For lunch:
Take 2 glasses thin buttermilk, 2 wheat bread, vegetable plus 1 cup of salad.
For mid-evening get prepared with a cartoon of soyamilk or 2 cups of puffed rice or 2 cups of popcorn that is unbuttered or fruit or 2 digestive biscuits or 3 Marie biscuits or cream crackers.
Foe dinner be prepared with a bowl of soup, vegetable omelette or 2 wheat bread slice.
For and at the time of bed time:
Take a cup of skimmed milk.
Drink at least 6 to 7 litres of water on daily basis. Eat vegetables without oil, egg whites. Consider yoga as option for relaxation. Don't take large meals in a day. Try and walk for about 10 minutes in a day. The typical diet plan as suggested above will considerably help in reducing fat and weight. It will help in regaining strength, maintain proper weight and stay healthy.
