There is a weight loss tea (carrot-daikon drink) mentioned in the book. The instructions for quicker weight loss say to drink the tea on an empty stomach everyday for ten days. I was wondering if this is meant to be some sort of cleanse where it's the only thing you drink or eat for ten days or if this is in addition to your superhero diet plan? I'm assuming it's meant to follow while doing the superhero diet as not eating for ten days doesn't sound too healthy but I might be wrong. Anyone know for sure?

I think that she just means drink it at the beginning of everyday along with the superhero diet.

@ Sarah, is that the same as weight loss tea (carrot-daikon drink)? Also, would you know where I can find the carrot-daikon drink?

Green tea is also good for a mild boost to metabolism which can be helpful for weight loss and is a great source of antioxidants.

I already drink Green Tea too and love it. My day isn't complete without my tea. I tried the Carrot Daikon drink and couldn't drink it! The smell was not appealing at all.

I think the tea is great! I think I will make a larger batch and drink it throughout the day. Not sure what to do with the pulp, any ideas? I have a hard time wasting!
