I like the tea also, this is my fourth day drinking it in the morn. @Kristin oprendek, I actually eat the pulp w/ a spoon at the end, :D!, does anyone know am I not suppose to eat :D, am i only suppose to drink the liquid portion :D?

According to the book she says to eat the pulp as well....I'm keen to try it but haven't found anywhere in Australia that sells fresh daikon yet - the only way I've been able to find it is a pickled version intended for making sushi...hmmm...Have you had any weight loss @passion since you started drinking it?

:)

@Alissa P, Thanks!, if you know the page or section in the book that speaks of eating pulp, let me know :D. I have been following the superhero plan as closely as possible (not perfectly ;)) for about 2 weeks now, finish 9 days of tea & then stopped, (will probably start to drink again 2/3 times a week now in a few days) and have lost 4lbs, which is not too bad. So now Im working on the other tips Alicia gives in the book for faster weight loss, and will see what happens :) ...

YogiTea makes a really great appetite suppressant tea! It's delicious too. http://www.yogiproducts.com/products/details/green-tea-blueberry-slim-life/

@Kristin, save the pulp and Add it to beans in a food processor. Take the mixture and create patties and bake. There you go, healthy burgers!

No, no, no! Trust only well-known remedies, such as like <a href="http://1loseweightfast.com/phen375.html">phen375</a>!
