Hi everyone! I am Caren and I am in Canada in the Toronto area :) I have always wanted to be Vegetarian/Vegan and have FINALLY taken the dive! I found this book and have always been a fan of Alicia and the info is a godsend. I feel much more equipped at making this transition and have noticed SO much more energy!!! It is amazing, I never thought I could have this energy (trust me it is huge!) I am Hypo-Thyroid so I am still definately learning the tricks since apparently Soy and Thyroidism don't mesh well??? Anyways, can't wait to talk to everyone and share lots of ideas!!!
