I realize Rottie Mom's post is 2 years old, however, I am now to the Superhero plan and would love her excel shopping list or any else that may have been created to make the plan easier for me.

Eating Superhero is so easy! I get lots of beans,grains such as black and brown rice,quinoa,millet,oats,have some tofu around in case I want to make a "cake",berries,dried fruit,seeds,olive oil,avocados,lots of fresh vegetables.I know,I know,we aren't supposed to have fruit but you know what,rules are made the be broken,especially when you know what works for your body! I stick to dried figs and dates,plums,papayas and berries,as the most fiber dense.
