Good morning, my husband and I just started the kind life diet yesterday. We generally eat well, but would like to eliminate the nasty foods. We want to feel good after we eat and have more energy--as well as doing something for the planet.
Went shopping yesterday for all the basics--a bit overwhelmed on what to prepare first and make it last for the week.
I'm starting off this morning cooking beans!
Any helpful hints or suggestions:)
