I bought tempah from Trader Joe's for the first time this weekend and baked it in the oven for about 10 minutes and put it on a tosted bun with some hummas and spinach leaves. It was pretty good. Does anyone have any other suggestions for how to eat this? I still have two servings left and would like to try something different. Thanks!
I was wondering about this too. I've never made tempeh and I got confused. I bought some Organic Three Grain Tempeh by LightLife and I was wondering how or if I had to cook it. On the back of the package it says to cut into 1/4" thick slices and heat in a well oiled skillet with 2 tbsp of soy sauce.
