Cuban-Style Roasted Sweet Potatoes

This recipe is soooooo yummy!!!!!! I just made it and will have it for dinner. I also made the Sicilian Collard Greens and added Kale and Red Chard.....I was on a roll so I also made the brown rice crispy treats with out chocolate.....yummy yummy!
