First of all I have to say that I loved Alicia's book and have since given up dairy foods. I hardly ate any meat so that was not hard at all to abstain from. But there is still so much conflicting information out there.
Check out this video...it is basically the total opposite to what plant diet advocates promote...

OMG! I just watched the video and I want to know where this guy is getting his facts and how much his theories are backed up by actual people who did the studies. There is so much conflicting information!

"...The second minor complaint was that the book never really made references to its sources for evidence WITHIN the text and it should have used footnotes and not endnotes at the very least. The way the book is setup is that it makes verifying his claims more difficult to do because he doesn't cite sources when he needs to...."
