Afraid to gain weight!

When I'm actually in 'weight loss mode' I track what I eat too, but using The Daily Plate. I tracks a bunch of different things so that I make sure I'm getting what I need while keeping within a certain amount of calories :)

The Daily Plate is fantastic - I was turned on to that, too, just a little while ago!

i did weight watchers a few years ago and liked it. im going back to that because im not great with portion control. if you do not want to join something like that i would learn about serving sizes. retrain your body to know when its full. divide your plate, veggies should be your largest portion. make sure to have filling, healthy snacks with you through the day to stop binging and your body from going into starvation mode. try not to rely to heavily on processed foods.
when i first went veggie i made sure to drink lots of water... you body is detoxing it needs fluids.
be kind to yourself.
