Mood Lifting Food

So I'm pms-ing (sorry boys but it happens) and having family drama. I want to eat an entire batch of brownies. Anyone have suggestions on food that might help elevate my mood and balance out my hormones/emotions?

I did beat my boyfriend at every game at Dave&Busters last night and that was very helpful ;) Maybe I should just do that again...

Peanut butter always makes me feel better--that's why I can't keep it in the house! I will literally eat it our of the jar (sounds even worse typing it out...) Amy's makes a great Mac and Cheeze, and Soy delicious makes amazing soy icecream in a variety of flavors. None of these are healthy obv but sometimes if I'm PMS'ing and just NEED something, these are what I go for. Hope this helps!

Beat your boyfriend at Dave&Busters (or something fun & interactive like that) and then share a vegan dessert with him! Gray area!
