Hello, I'm gathering ingredients to make the Cupcakes in the book, however I've hit a barrier. I cannot find soy milk powder.
I've been to Whole Foods, Jimbo's, Trader Joes, Henry's and Vons. HELP!
I know it says you can make them without it but I don't want runny frosting. Will something else work? Soy Protein Powder?
Suggestions? Advice?

You might be able to order from Amazon but I've seen it in our Whole Foods. I also thought I saw it in bins when i was in CA at Frasier Farms (not sure if you are near there). Have you checked bulk bins? Have you asked Whole Foods about it? Often Whole Foods will order a product if you ask for it.

My local whole foods said they used to carry it, but there was some issue and they haven't had it for a few months. The Jimbos near me said the same thing. Odd.
But I took your advise and found some online! Many thanks!
