Hello from Minneapolis, MN!

Hi Everyone -
I am new to the forum so I wanted to introduce myself. I've been a vegetarian for 3 years now and am starting the transition to vegan.
Would love to meet fellow vegetarian/vegans in the area who are passionate about animal rights and can maybe give me some tips on the best places to eat/recipes etc.

I'm just to the north of you in Duluth!! A personal favorite both in Duluth and Uptown in Minneapolis is Pizza Luce, they have a vegan pizza that is amazing!!
