Gluten-Free "Veggie-trying"

Thanks Alicia! This is informative as it is beautiful! Here are a few tips I learned for GF baking. First of all any baking recipe that calls for flour can be substituted with GF all purpose flour (of course I prefer Bob's Red Mill). You can NOT replace garbanzo bean flour for all purpose flour because it has other flours that are added like potato, arrowroot starch and brown rice flour. However if you have recipes that call for rice flour you can use garbanzo interchangeably.
When it comes to milk, you can use any soy, rice or almond milk..etc, but you may need to adjust the sweeteners. If you'd like to make "buttermilk" then mix 1tablespoon of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar for every 2/3 cup of your choice of vegan milk.
