I would like to make a Root Vegetable Cassoulet with the Pumpking crust which is mentioned in the book under her Thanksgiving menu but a recipe isn't included. Does anyone have a recipe for this or know of a cookbook/website where I could find it? Thanks!

Wow, that does sound awesome - couldn't find it the index, tried Google...I agree, it's yet another great thing I'd love to try making...good gosh, when the heck am I gonna DO all this, I've got soooooo much cooking ground to make up and it's getting more and more - LOL!

that was something we were lucky enough one year for a fancy thanksgiving party i threw...food ink catering made it...i will ask if they would be willing to give us the recipie!
