You can make Bowl O grain recipe easily at your home:

Wash and drain the grains several times (let quinoa soak for a few minutes then swish around and rinse a few times). After draining as much water as possible, empty the grain into a medium saucepan. Dry roast the grains over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the grains are dry and aromatic, add two cups of water, hot or cold, and salt and bring to a boil.Cook for atleast 25 – 35 minutes. Do not stir grains. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Sprinkle Snack Mix on top and add some milk if you like. Morning comfort in a bowl!.
