I think I'm going to have to try these this week for lunch one day. I am skeptical too, even though I like nori and have even eaten it all by itself on occasion. I guess my main concern is that the nori sheet won't hold up well with the stuff inside. (but even then I can always use a fork) :)
A very awesome meal or snack! I just love avocado, basil, cilantro! Had a hard time finding nori in my Whole Foods so I substituted it with whole wheat tortillas. Plums are out of season, too so I also substituted w/ organic turkish apricots. Yum!
You can usually find Nori in the oriental section of any supermarket. I like wrappin it around cucumber, carrots, avocado, sprouts or lettuce, and maybe some Shoyu to dip it in or sprinkle on the veggies. If I do find a secret to keeping them intact I will be sure to let you in on it:)
