For real, make these. I was skeptical but I adore this meal now. I've made a version of the burritos twice and they were both satisifying and so easy to make.

I loved them, too. I also added some leftover soybeans, yummy.

I think I'm going to have to try these this week for lunch one day. I am skeptical too, even though I like nori and have even eaten it all by itself on occasion. I guess my main concern is that the nori sheet won't hold up well with the stuff inside. (but even then I can always use a fork) :)

A very awesome meal or snack! I just love avocado, basil, cilantro! Had a hard time finding nori in my Whole Foods so I substituted it with whole wheat tortillas. Plums are out of season, too so I also substituted w/ organic turkish apricots. Yum!

You can usually find Nori in the oriental section of any supermarket.
I like wrappin it around cucumber, carrots, avocado, sprouts or lettuce, and maybe some Shoyu to dip it in or sprinkle on the veggies.
If I do find a secret to keeping them intact I will be sure to let you in on it:)

no, i mean it fell COMPLETELY apart. it was basically just a plate of broken nori pieces and piles of misc ingredients. :( maybe don't toast it next time? i don't know.

Jessica -- I had the same problem -- I'd be curious to see how people got around that.

Hi!! Hmmmmm, I'll have to try this TOASTED nori thing - I'm afraid I'm not much for untoasted and that could be waaaay different. I LOOOVE the filling stuff!

Ummm, maybe using a doubled-up sheet of nori would help with the not falling apart? We do that with lettuce wraps and stuff in my family!

you can toast or soak the nori so it isn't so crackly....
