I went shopping and neglected to bring my book, now I am wondering if some of the stuff I got was a waste of time and money lol I got Lima Beans but I have not found anything on here for them and I am not sure what they deliver to the kind diet! Itried to stick to foods I was familiar with at first for now. I got my kale, squach, leeks, yams, I got organic cane suger carbon free (oops!) an assortment of fruits and everything else, but I am wondering if Lima beans are not really of much nutritional value as I read they help the immune system among other things. any thoughts? thanks

Yes - Lima beans are good for you. Just make sure if they were frozen that you got them without salt. I find they have salt even when organic and frozen. Not sure why. Actually, aren't they in the summer sucotash recipe? I'll need to look. The organic sugar is not good. Can you take that back?
