I have an AMAZING suggestion to pass on that I got from a friend. Replace your pricey moisturizer with Olive Oil, yep right out of the kitchen. Works wonderful and so cost effective and how much more natural can you get?

I just started using olive oil as a moisturizer. Be sure it is organic and first pressed. It really does work as well as any of the expensive oils I use. (I have become partial to Lily Organics. It is all organic and wonderful ) I think I will alternate the two until I run out and then try just the olive oil. I have been using the olive oil on my body as well.

jojoba oil is also great! I believe it absorbs better into the skin than olive oil because jojoba oil is the closest to the skins natural oil.

I have to put in a mention for coconut oil. The stuff is absolutely wonderful for the skin and it absorbs so nicely! I use Spectrum Organics and I know they make both refined and unrefined (which does smell like coconut!).

Quality wise food grade oils (ie sesame, olive) will be excellent, once you get to oils produced for skin care may or may not be "quality" in comparison. Then you can save your money to spend on quality "non-food" oils like jojoba or grapeseed.
