I made this DELICIOUS sandwich for lunch today. I used two slices of vegan, whole-grain bread, two slices of veggie cheddar "cheese", wildberry preserves, and thin apples slices. Grilled it up and it was amazing!
Sounds delicious - I am definitely going to try this. I just did something similar last night except I used a basil pesto that I made long with some tomato.
