Kobacha Squash and Azuki Beans..with CINNAMON!

This dish is FABULOUS with cinnamon on it instead of parsly. Like, wow. I'd think it'd still be "superhero" with cinnamon. Unless cinnamon's too yang.... But, even so, YUM!

I mean Kabocha.... I have trouble spelling BOTH Kabocha AND Azuki -- some spell azuki ADZUKI. Anyway!

The squash really brings out the sweetness of the cinnamon, and vice versa. It's a perfect match! You'll love it! :)

I absolutely LOVED this meal!! I could eat it everyday! Kabocha squash is my new favorite veggie. I'll have to try cinnamon next time.
