Just want to let you know there is finally an outdoor cooking appliance perfect for preparing vegetables - an Evo circular flattop. It has wonderful cooking versatility so you can steam, grill, sauté, etc. People don't realize that different cooking techniques can bring out the natural flavors of foods, making them tastier - we have been programmed too much with processed foods.
