Hello !! Hope all is well with everyone. I just bought the book and am in Ch 4 now.. I love it- really opened my eyes to some things I never thought about. I have flirted with vegeterianism a few times before when I was younger. Between not knowing the right things to eat and being a picky eater by nature it didn't last long. I am excited to start weaning off meats & dairy and including more natural and healthier grains. I am sure weaning off cheese with be the hardest for me - but baby steps..Luckily I already love my veggies - just need to incorporate some other ideas to round out my meals. I just hope I can find all I need here in Morgantown. We do not have all the options larger cities have - but I am sure I can find most things. My question is- are there any preferred vitamins or supplements I should add?
