Vegan/Vegetarian/Pescatarian/Carnivore All Under One Roof!

With a family of four eating styles (I'm vegan, husband is pescatarian, six-year old is vegetarian & teenager is complete carnivore), it can be tricky to prepare a meal. While I let my children decide for themselves whether or not they will eat animal products, I do try to sway my husband. After reading this book, however, I have made only vegan meals and each of them have enjoyed them all! The teenager couldn't get enough of the Baby Bock Choy! The impact on myself has been life-changing. I was already vegetarian flirting with vegan but now have no desire to ever take in another animal product. I've shared parts of the book with my husband and he is now a "flirting vegan." I've asked the teenager just to read through the "nasty" chapters so that he at least knows what he's eating. When I bought the book, I didn't imagine such change. The gentle approach to explaining the treatment of the animals and so many facts made it much easier to read, soak in and promote change. Thank you, Alicia! I've finally made the full switch to vegan, which has been so much easier than going from carnivore to vegetarian. It only took a couple weeks to feel the difference. With so many people being positively changed from your book, you have made a big difference in the world my friend! Peace and hugs!
I am a vegetarian, flirting with being a vegan. My son (6 yrs old) will only eat chicken and my husband is a carnivore. I know what you are going through. Since I am the main cook of the house, they have been eating the recipes from this book. So far, no complaints! YEAH!!!
