Mask...

Is there no way to remove the mask once you've given yourself a nickname? Would I have to close my account and start over if I wanted to use my full name w/o a mask?

That's correct. Once you choose to create a Mask profile, you are not able to switch to using your identity. Open a new account, with a different email address, and you're all set.
