So I am feeling great, I am on day 10 (wow, already), I flirted for day 1-2, and now am working on the vegan way (have high hopes for the superhero soon). I went through a bout of detox (headaches and some scary body oder, but am on the mend). So I need some help.... I love red wine!!! I usually have it weekends and maybe 1-2 days mid week. What are some healthy ways to either replace it, or how often is ok to have it? Also, I have been craving shrimp scampi (the super garlic, buttery kind) any recipe suggestions to fulfill that craving?
Loving this book!!! I just finished the superhero chapter. I am reading a chapter a night. Plus just got my natural health mag in the mail with Alicia on the cover and her article.....perfect timing (for me)!!!!
This book has been a HUGE eye opener, for me.
