hi i was feeling spunky and trying to find something for dessert but didnt want to make anything too much effort.
so a cinnemon stick. 5 amazing dates from farmers market. 3 scoops rice dream vanilla ice cream. 1 tablespoon penut butter, 1/2 cupish of frozen berries. 1/4 cup of pear juice. 1/2 cup ish of rice milk. 1 tablespoon rice syrup.i think thats it...yummie and chunky. i love tasting the cinnomen in little bits...oh i asl added a few choc chips grain swetened of course,,,,this was a hog podge....just whatever sounded good..and i ahve to say turned out great!
I just got home and I can't tell you how good that sounds, Alicia!!! So yum. Aaaaaaaaaaargh, but no...no, I'll be good and make for a treat anothah day - LOL!
Ok, have you ever tried this...and I'm so sorry, I don't know measurements so I'll do my best there! :)
A couple scoops of your fave vanilla "ice cream" ( I used a soy version) 1/2 banana some pineapple chunks A good splash (1/2 cup-ish?) of Almond Milk (or your fave) Same good splash of coconut milk

I've done this with and with out the pineapple and coconut milk but ADDing more Almond Milk and peanut butter, or adding chocolate syrup and a tsp of instant coffee...like you guys alluded to just go crazy! :D Hope ya like!
