Wow. These are so fantastic. I love the combination of the graham cracker with the peanut butter. Like Alicia, I was such a reese's fan, but I agree - these are sooo much better. I've made them in the standard 12 muffin pan and also made "minis" in a 24 muffin pan which were a great way to limit my intake of them! I sent them to my in laws who have not been completely on board with the vegan transition (my mother in law said "so what can you eat with this new religion of yours?") and they saved some to bring over to a Halloween party so more and more people are trying (and loving!) them! Also brought them to a wedding to replace the cake/ice cream and brought enough for my all those around me - they were a huge hit!
Making all of these wonderful dishes is making the transition easier, and helping those around me to accept the transition. Thank you Alicia!
absolutely addicting! i, am too, making the transition from meater eater to kind eater and i have a HUGE sweet tooth. i made them and must of eaten 3 as soon as they were chilled. i bought some in to the office, (all meat eaters) and they were shocked when the found out they were vegan. when you guys made them in the mini muffin pans, did you put in a liner or do they solidify all right without one?
