i have 2 favourite breakfasts.1/2 cup soygurt with a tsp of agave stirred in,1/4 cup granola and fresh fruit on top. (right now i'm all about grapes, raspberries and pomegrante seeds) or i have 1/3 cup oatmeal missed with 1/2 cup almond milk and a tsp of almond butter microwave it for a minute then spoon on a bit of agave.....so good and very filling.
Today I had 2 slices of raisin cinnamon Ezekiel Sprouted grain bread, with organic earth balance and organic unsalted peanut butter. So yummy!
