No Bake protein bars

These are so good. 2 cups quick cooking oats, 1/2 cup natural pnut butter(I use almond butter), 4 scoops soy protein powder, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseeds, 1/2 cup water. Knead all ingredients in large bowl. Line square baking pan with wax paper. spread dough into pan using spatula. Freeze 30 minutes then remove and cut into bars. Each bar contains 230 calories. I don't use the wax paper I just put some Earth balance on a paper towel and spread it on the pan. worked great. Enjoy!!
