Carrie, I have several recipes I'm going to write down and post in the next week that I think you will love. My husband is a meat and potatoes guy, that is trying vegan with me for a whole month. I'm going to post at least one of his favorite recipes that is usually meat based. I've been vegetarian for years, but vegan is a different twist for me also.
