Just wanted to say a quick "hi" to everyone! I'm so excited to have a website dedicated for people like me! My friends can only take so much of my vegan excitement. :) I'm working on turning them all, but its a slow process. I can't wait to get to know everyone here, and to share some ideas and recipies.
