I made sauted garlic with kale, bok choy and leeks and I threw it in with some Barley that I had made earlier in the day! yum yum yum, just wanted to share......you can throw in some organic, all natural vegetable stock to make like a soup, but it was good without it!
I have been playing with different fruits and veggies as I decided to go all out vegan and I just wanted to share what I made with everyone....give it a try!
I have actually been drooling over Leeks now since I found them to be so good!
this sounds yum! im gonna try it
