I have fiber one cereal every morning with lowfat Silk soymilk. My cereal is a must! Is soymilk the best choice, Alicia? Or should I switch to Rice Milk.

Hey Tina! Some soymilks aren't organic and use genetically modified soybeans, like Silk and 8th continent. Edensoy is an organic soymilk. You also might want to try to find an organic fiber one like cereal. Ezeikiel, Arrowhead Mills and Cascade Farms all make good cereals. If you are very attached to your breakfast and changing so many things in your diet and getting overwhelmed then leave it be for awhile til you feel more comfortable. Fiber One and Soymilk aint bacon and eggs for chrissakes!

Thanks for all your responses! You've all been a great help. I'll definitely try some almond milk next time I go to the store.
Lea F...thanks for making me aware of the GM soymilks. I'll go for Edensoy next time as well.
Thanks again everyone

This cereal-lover (also) thanks you guys! Yep, sometimes I even have it for dinner with berries - fabulous when I'm feeling blue and/or out of sorts. :)

And YAY almond milk, woohoo!
