I was online looking for another book and came across this one:

Animal Ingredients A to Z by E.G. Smith Collective

It got me thinking that there are a lot of Flirters or those that haven't ben veg for long. I myself have been vegan/superhero only a little over a week but have read for about a year before deciding. Anyhow, I thought it might be good to post this free reference for those that don't know:

I've been a vegan for more than a year but this helps a tremendous amount! Sometimes I can't remember what's what anymore. THanks!

Monk darlin' thank you soooooooooooo much!! Pheew, I'm so relieved - didn't even THINK of Insulin, and I take an oral insulin-like medication called Metformin. I researched and found this:

"Declaration: Product is free from animal derived materials and is manufactured from synthetic sources only."

Thank goodness!

Oh, and I'll just add that if I keep up with the Kind Life/Diet as I am, I'll be off that med...just got new bloodword numbers back and they're spectacular! ;)
