I've been eating all plant based for 2 weeks now. I looked down at the lunch I brought to work and noticed that it was wheat berries, tempeh and beans. All brown food! No veggies! I've also been eating carob and I made amazing vegan banana bread. The point is: I'm NOT eating enough fruits and vegetables. I am very impressed with how fatty and starchy my pallette is after decades of eating processed foods, dairy and meat. I need to build a relationship with fruits and veggies. Any thoughts?

It means incorporating it little by little. My pallete is so not craving white flour and sugars. I have been off for 2 weeks too but only eating veggies and fruits and it is forcing ones self.

There will be a coating on the tongue but it will start going pink after eating healthier food. I assure you
