I was a little skeptical about this item- but it was great! It's called "Amy's Roasted Vegetable Pizza with No Cheese". Usually these type of things compensate by adding a soy cheese. I'm allergic to soy protein so this was a great find. And it was so tasty!
I know it's not a recipe- but it's a great find :)

There is another flavor too. One with onions and something else.

The folks at Amy's are wonderful! I emailed them about how much I loved their new vegan cakes and they sent me a tote bag and a bunch of coupons for free Amy's products. Woo hoo!

I had an Amy's frozen vegan burrito yesterday for lunch and it was really good. It don't think it says vegan on the front but it does on the back by the ingredients. I may have to stock my freezer with them for days when I don't feel like cooking (along with the pizza!).

both Trader Joes and Whole Foods have a version of this for $ 5 each. I find the TJ one is just like Amys and the WF one has less onion sauce and more vege.
I used that one to make Christopher's pizza last week. Also great are the whole wheat already baked pizza crusts from both of these stores.
