I commonly advocate dietary change for my patients. My goal is to increase health and resolve chronic conditions. My goal with my patients isn't to save the animals or the environment. The single biggest dietary element that I most commonly ask them to avoid is dairy. Dairy food associate with the most common and difficult chronic health problems. Getting off dairy completely can be transformative. Yogurt and cheese are the worst offenders, it's worth the effort.

I am very happy to say that my family and I are completely off milk, eggs and now cheese is very limited! We recently bought vegan cheese and we love it! My daughter is off her cow's milk bottles and drinking soy and we are using vegan butter as well!!! Thanks for all the support and kind words everyone!

Great job Amanda! If you ever get a craving for yogurt Wholesoy has some great choices. They are creamy, have fruit in them and go great with granola!
