I feel bogged down. My skin is the worst it's been ever! I'm always tired or I guess I should say I always want to sleep. My stress level is extremely high which has been building up over the last few months. I FINIALLY found an apt so i can move. Yeah! Which elevates some of the stress but not significantly. I am a strick vegetarian. No meat, fish, poulty, or dairy. I want to go vegan. I want to kick my sugar habit and eat less processed/refined foods and more veggies/good for you food! SO here's my question I really want to do a detox/cleanse/fast. Does anyone know anything about them? I been looking up stuff but am getting so much contradicting information. I want to give my body, mind, and soul a reboot and get rid of all the toxins i feel are trapped inside. Anyone ever done a detox/cleanse/fast or have any idea which one i should do?
